Who books the hotel/ Airbnb?

We do not book for hotel/ Airbnb stays, therefore guests are fully responsible for booking their rooms. We only provide decorations.
How to get access to the room?

Once booked, please arrive at the hotel and check in with your card on file. We can not check in for you. We will give you a name to add on the guest list or you may meet us in lobby for the key.

What is your cancellation/ reschedule policy?
If you need to cancel, we’re sorry to hear that! Please give us at least a week's notice. Cancellation without a 1 week notice results in the loss of your date reservation deposit. If you plan to re-schedule, please let us know 48 hours ahead of time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your booking, you will be charged in full. If you are a no-show, you will be charged in full, no exceptions.
How is payment made?
Your booking will be scheduled with a 30% down payment on our website. Your remaining balance is to be made 48 hours before your booking. This can be made through Zelle, Apple Pay or Credit Card (Tax and CC fee will be added).
When should I book a package?
The sooner the better! We ask that you schedule your package at least a week ahead of time. This way we can best accommodate you. We will try our best to accommodate last-minute room decorations.
Does the guest have to be present during the decoration process?

No, guests are not allowed stay while we set up for the best results, we will text you once decor is completed.
How to clean?
We will provide cleaning instructions and a garbage bag for all the decorations to be thrown out or for you to take home. Please note we are NOT responsible for room clean up, unless you've booked a next day cleaning service.

How to get next day clean-up service?
Please select next day cleaning service as an add on while checking out.
you must leave your room at least an hour before checkout time. Keep in mind, guests who don't clean after their stay may result in the hotel charging extra fees.
Do you provide food or alcohol?

We provide complimentary alcohol and food upon request or as an add on for an extra fee.
What areas do you service?
We regularly service areas in NYC. If you would like a decor outside of these areas, please contact us through email dreamsuitedecor@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
